Asked and answered.

If you're not registered yet, go to the LOGOS page through your Symphonic account to start the registration process.

Your Symphonic account needs to be validated through a JWT handoff. Once you complete the LOGOS registration process and pay via Stripe, your LOGOS account will be created and you can start using the platform.

From the Campaigns screen, click “Start a new campaign here”. Select an artist, or add one using “+ Add Artist”, and complete the campaign setup questionnaire.

Once you click “Start a campaign”, LOGOS will generate your personas, strategy, and content briefs in the background. You can leave the page while this is happening and return later.

Yes. The information you enter is saved automatically.

When you resume the setup, your information should still be visible in the campaign questionnaire. If it isn't, please contact support at support@brainchild.dev and we'll be happy to help.

We do offer refunds in special cases. Please contact our support team at support@brainchild.dev, and we'll be happy to help.

No. If your generation fails, please contact support at support@brainchild.dev and we'll handle the regeneration for you.

No. LOGOS does not charge a commission on advertising spend.

You only pay for LOGOS campaign tokens. All advertising runs through your own Meta or other advertising accounts, with the financial information connected to those accounts. LOGOS does not have access to that financial information and does not charge a commission on your advertising spend.

LOGOS uses three main sources of data:

  1. Information you provide during onboarding and campaign setup.
  2. Public and connected platform data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Reddit through APIs.
  3. LOGOS' own analysis layer, which turns these inputs into personas, strategy, and content briefs.

Nothing is scraped from private accounts. We only use data that the platforms permit and that you have authorised.

Yes. We process data on a lawful basis, store it in EU-hosted infrastructure, use processors under contract (including our AI providers), and support your rights to access, correction, and deletion.

Full details are available on our /privacy page.

No. Your data is sent to our AI providers only to generate your outputs, under agreements that prohibit training on your content. Your data is not used to train any model.

Audience and platform data is aggregated and normalised. We store category- and percentage-level insights rather than identifiable individual data.

Your account information, such as your email and campaigns, is not anonymised because it is needed to operate your account, but it is access-controlled.

Your campaigns are stored securely in our AWS infrastructure.

Only a small number of authorised engineers can access campaigns when needed for support or debugging, and they are subject to confidentiality obligations.

We don't browse or otherwise use your campaigns, and we never share them with third parties.

Yes. You can revoke access from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.

If you also want to delete previously collected data, please email support@brainchild.dev.

You cannot add additional Meta accounts through the initial onboarding process, but you can edit your Meta connection and select additional Pages or Ad Accounts.

Click the user icon in the top-right corner and go to the Connections page.

Click “Edit Meta Connection” to update your connection and select additional assets.

Please note that removing access to a previously connected asset, such as an Ad Account, Page, or Business Portfolio, could make your currently active campaigns unusable for the Ad Accounts and Ad Data sections.

Your Insights, Personas, Strategy, and Content Briefs will not be affected.

Yes. Everything LOGOS creates lives in your own Meta Ad Account and is fully visible and editable in Ads Manager.

LOGOS uses standard naming for campaigns and ads, such as [Project Name] [Date].

No. LOGOS never spends money on its own.

Ad sets are created in a paused/draft state and only go live when you explicitly activate them. All advertising spend happens through your own Meta Ads account and under your own billing.

Yes. You can toggle the ad or ad set status in LOGOS, and the change will update in Meta immediately.

You can also pause the advertisement directly in Ads Manager. To delete an ad, you need to do so through Meta Ads Manager.

The campaign's Ad Performance / Insights view pulls live KPIs from the Meta Insights API, including:

  • Spend
  • Reach
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • CPC / CPM
  • Daily performance breakdowns

Meta typically needs a few hours to exit the learning phase and begin reporting data, while the LOGOS dashboard refreshes approximately hourly.

First, check in Ads Manager that your ads are active and that the ad account has a valid payment method.

If you still don't see any results after 24 hours, please contact support at support@brainchild.dev.

First, refresh LOGOS and confirm the status of the ad.

If Meta still shows the ad as active, pause it directly in Ads Manager, as this will always take effect. Then contact us at support@brainchild.dev.

This usually means that the Meta connection token needs to be reconnected under Connections.

This is most often caused by a Meta-side issue, such as:

  • An expired connection
  • A missing payment method
  • An ad review still pending
  • A rejected creative

First, reconnect Meta under Connections and check the ad's review status in Ads Manager. Then try again.

If it still doesn't work, send us the campaign name at support@brainchild.dev, and we'll look into the logs.

Yes, we're happy to help. Please contact Brainchild support at support@brainchild.dev, and we'll help you troubleshoot the issue.

There are some cases where our support team cannot resolve the issue, for example if your Meta account itself is blocked or there is a Meta-specific account issue. In those cases, you'll need to contact the Meta support team, as we don't have direct access to your Meta account.

Click the Delete button on the campaign card.

Please note that this action is irreversible. Deleting a campaign in LOGOS does not delete the campaign from your Meta Ads Manager.

Not yet, but this feature is already on our roadmap.

Users with Expert Mode enabled will be able to edit the Strategy and Content Briefs directly using inline editing.

No. Account deletion is permanent.

Your campaigns, personas, and strategies are deleted and cannot be restored.

Campaign sharing is currently unavailable.

Not yet. But we're working on it for a future version.

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Sign Out.

First, refresh the page.

If the campaigns are still missing, sign out and back in, and make sure you're using the correct account.

If the issue persists, send us your account email and a screenshot at support@brainchild.dev.

Refresh the campaign page.

Campaign generation happens in the background, so the page sometimes needs to be reloaded after generation is complete.

If the campaign is still missing after a few minutes, send us the campaign name at support@brainchild.dev, and we'll check the generation job.

If you run into an issue that isn't covered here, please contact us at support@brainchild.dev. We're happy to help.

User Manual & Onboarding Guide

Everything you need to get from a fresh ΣLogos account to a live campaign.

Welcome to Logos

Your marketing intelligence platform, built for modern music teams and artists of all sizes.

Logos brings your audience data together in one place and turns it into practical strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution, without complicated dashboards or scattered tools.

Whether you're an artist, manager, label, distributor, or marketing team, Logos is designed to simplify the marketing process and remove the guesswork behind audience growth.

In just a few steps, you will be able to
  • Understand who your audience really is
  • Discover what motivates and engages them
  • Build audience personas based on real data
  • Create evidence-based marketing strategies
  • Launch campaigns with smarter targeting
  • Run ads directly from one platform

Getting started

Getting started with Logos only takes a few moments. Follow the steps below to connect your accounts and begin generating audience intelligence.

01

Create your account

Sign up with your preferred email address. Your account is created instantly, no lengthy setup required.

02

Connect your social accounts

Logos will prompt you to connect your social media platforms, so it can analyse your audience directly from your own accounts. Supported platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit.

03

Create your first campaign

Select Create Campaign from your dashboard and complete a short questionnaire about your goals, release type, audience, and budget. Logos begins processing within seconds, and your full campaign workspace becomes available immediately after.

Connecting your accounts

This is the step that decides how good everything else will be.

When you connect a platform, Logos reads your audience from public platform data on your own accounts rather than working from generic industry averages. That is what makes the insights, personas, and strategies you see later specific to your audience instead of a template.

Each additional platform adds another angle on the same people, so the more you connect, the more complete and more accurate the picture becomes.

It also compounds over time. As your following grows and behaviour shifts, every campaign you build afterwards draws on a fuller and sharper foundation than the one before it.

Supported platforms
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Reddit
Worth knowing

This step is essential for building a complete picture of your audience. Connecting a single platform will work, but the results will be narrower than what Logos is capable of.

The dashboard

The dashboard is the central overview of your activity inside Logos. After connecting your accounts, this is the first screen you will see.

Overview
  • Total campaigns created
  • Active campaigns and their status
  • General performance metrics
  • Connected accounts and platforms
Actions
  • Campaign workspaces for quick access
  • Switch between connected artists or accounts
  • High-level overview of what's working
  • Where attention may be needed

The dashboard is designed to feel clear, fast, and easy to navigate, even if you are managing multiple projects at once.

Starting a new campaign

Everything in Logos begins with a campaign. On your home screen, look for the Start a new campaign here tile in the Artists section, and select it. The campaign tile sits in the Artists row on your home screen, next to My Campaigns.

Where your audience data lives

Audience data and personas live inside a campaign, not on the dashboard.

Until you have completed a campaign questionnaire, there is no audience analysis to show. An empty dashboard is not an error, it simply means Logos does not yet know what you are trying to do.

This is deliberate. Every campaign is approached differently, and the audience that matters for one release, goal, or budget is often not the audience that matters for the next. Tying the analysis to a campaign is what keeps it specific rather than generic.

What the questionnaire covers
  • Your goals for this campaign
  • Release type
  • Audience
  • Budget
After you submit

Logos begins processing within seconds, and the full campaign workspace becomes available immediately after.

The campaign workspace

The campaign workspace is where your audience data, strategy, creative guidance, and campaign tools come together in one place. Use the navigation menu on the left to move between sections.

A

Insights

High-level overview of your audience and campaign intelligence. Demographic analysis, age, location, and other audience data. Psychographic analysis, personality traits and how to reach them. Behavioural patterns and key audience signals, in expandable sections for quick scanning or deeper exploration.

B

Personas

Three detailed audience personas representing different segments, with motivations, interests, content preferences, and emotional drivers. Platform habits and engagement behaviour per persona, each with its own statistics and analysis, so you understand what messaging resonates most with each group.

C

Strategy

Recommended campaign direction based on your audience data and objectives. Guidance on budget allocation and platform prioritisation, audience targeting recommendations, core messaging direction, campaign positioning and communication focus. Ready to use whether you are planning your first campaign or your fiftieth.

D

Content Briefs

Ready-to-use content recommendations tailored to your campaign: content direction, messaging hooks, and platform-specific ideas, with creative focus aligned to your audience personas. Structured guidance, no blank page required.

E

Ad Automation

Launch advertisements directly through Logos, with smarter targeting recommendations based on real audience behaviour. Connect your Meta Ads account to get started.

F

Ad Data

Available once your advertisements are active. Monitor campaign performance and delivery metrics, track engagement trends across connected advertising platforms, and identify opportunities for improvement over time.

Advertising: how it works

Think of Logos as a remote control for your Meta Ads account.

Logos does not replace Meta Ads and it does not run a separate ad system of its own. It sits on top of the ad account you already have and drives it for you, so you can build and manage campaigns without moving between platforms.

Nothing goes live on its own

Logos never launches an advertising campaign by itself, every campaign starts because you started it.

Your controls are live controls

Start, pause, stop, or remove a campaign in Logos and the change is reflected in your Meta Ads account.

Deleting Logos does not stop your ads

If you delete your Logos account while a campaign is still running, that campaign keeps running in Meta Ads. Stop it in Logos first.

Advertising: budget & billing

01

You set your own budget

Logos recommends a figure based on your audience and objectives, but the number you spend is always yours to set. Treat the recommendation as input, not instruction.

02

No card details needed in Logos

You do not enter payment information to start advertising. Logos uses your own Meta ad account and whichever card is already set up there.

03

Logos cannot access your card details

Your payment information stays in Meta. Logos has no access to it at any point.
