About Brainchild

At Brainchild, we are building the operational, data-driven layer for marketing. Our flagship AI product, Logos, bridges the gap between raw data and live advertising campaigns, with complete automation.

We are currently making waves in the music and entertainment industry, empowering powerhouse management teams and legendary bands like Electric Callboy and Lamb of God to scale their global reach using data. If you want to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, cloud data architecture, and the music business, you're in the right place.

The Role

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the technical champion for our users. You'll split your time between earning "customer love" through seamless onboarding and troubleshooting, and getting your hands dirty under the hood with our data layer and automated testing pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Advocacy: Guide high-profile clients through onboarding and master our product workflows to keep them thriving.
  • Knowledge & Training: Build out our internal/external knowledge bases and create engaging user-training content.
  • Technical Support: Debug and resolve complex user issues with speed and empathy.
  • Product QA & Testing: Own functional and non-functional testing; generate and fine-tune automated test cases for both the front-end and back-end.
  • Data & Analytics: Get hands-on with our data layer and AI-driven analytics models to ensure peak performance.
  • Prototyping and ideating the next-generation feature sets.

What We Are Looking For

You are a technical problem-solver who loves talking to people just as much as writing code or querying databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Education: Currently working towards a degree in Computer Science (or a related field), or a recent fresh graduate.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in technical internships or part-time roles.
  • Data & Cloud Tech: A solid handle on database technologies—specifically Databricks—along with familiarity with AWS services and API-first concepts.
  • Development: Familiarity with full-stack Swift architecture.

What We Offer

  • High Impact: Meaningful projects where your work directly shapes the success of global music icons and brands.
  • Steep Learning Curve: Unparalleled growth opportunities working alongside senior AI and data engineers.
  • Industry Insights: A deep dive into the fascinating worlds of modern digital advertising and the music industry.
  • Flexibility: A central city-center office, paired with a mature remote-first work culture and flexible hours.
  • Compensation: Competitive pay tailored to your experience level.
